How do I place an order with Nuco Home?You can place an order 24/7 days a week on our website (www.nucohome.com). You can either log in to your existing Nuco account or sign up for a new account. If you don't have an account, you can checkout as a guest or choose to create an account during the checkout process.

What are the delivery options?Orders placed using UK standard delivery will arrive within 3–5 working days. Orders will be delivered Monday–Friday using one of our trusted couriers including Evri or DHL (excluding bank or public holidays). ​ Our UK standard delivery costs are listed below: £5.95 for orders to Mainland UK (3-5 working days) Free delivery over £100 to Mainland UK (3-5 working days) We also offer next working day delivery for £8.95 with orders placed before 1pm. If you live in Northern Ireland, we also ship to this location. Delivery is £9.95 and is within 5-8 working days.

Where do you deliver?​Orders can be delivered to most postal areas in the UK, including Northern Ireland. For remote UK postcodes, please allow 1–2 days additional delivery time. Unfortunately, we currently do not ship to any addresses outside of Mainland UK.
