Delivery & Returns

Experience hassle-free shopping with our delivery and returns process. Swift and secure deliveries ensure your handpicked homewares reach you promptly. In the unlikely event of a concern, our easy returns policy guarantees your satisfaction, making shopping with us a seamless joy.

Delivery

All orders placed using UK standard mainland delivery will arrive within 3–5 working days. Orders will be delivered Monday–Friday using one of our trusted couriers Evri, DHL or Yodel (excluding bank or public holidays). Any order placed over £100 will include free delivery and will be applied automatically at checkout.

Orders can be delivered to most postal areas in the UK, including Northern Ireland. For deliveries to Northern Ireland and remote UK postcodes, please allow and 1–2 days additional delivery time. Unfortunately, we currently do not ship to any addresses outside of the UK. 

Returns

We hope that you love your new Nuco purchase, however if you do decide that you would like to return your item to us or it arrives damaged or faulty, we understand so please complete our request a return form here or by clicking the button below within 60 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to help you organise a return. Once we've received your request to return an item, we will contact you to let you know where the items should be returned to.

To return an unwanted product, please know that you will be responsible to pay the cost of the return (unless the item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrectly received). For any unwanted items, we kindly ask you to look after the products throughout the returns process so items are returned to us undamaged. We recommend you return items to us in suitable and secure packaging, using a tracked or recorded returns service, as we will not be held responsible for any lost parcels. If any item is returned damaged, unfortunately we won't be able to process the return for damaged items. Please send the item(s) that you would like to return to us within 7 days of receiving our return confirmation request so we can process your return for you as quickly as possible.

 

If you have received an item that is either damaged or faulty, please complete the returns form above or if you have any questions please feel free to get in touch with us at returns@nucohome.com and include any images you have of the damaged goods and packaging, as this will help us process the return as quickly as possible for you. If you do receive a faulty or damaged item, we can only apologise but we will be more than happy to organise a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible (as long as we still have the product in stock). Please do not dispose of any damaged  items or their packaging unless advised to do so by us.

 

Once we have received your return we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to arrive back in your bank account. 

Exchange

Should you wish to exchange a product, no problem whatsoever. We can help arrange this for you. All you will need to do is email us at exchange@nucohome.com and let us know what it is that you would like to exchange it for. On your email please include your original order number so we can check which products you previous purchased from us. We will only be able to exchange a product for a new product if it is in stock. Unfortunately if not, you may want to choose something else or arrange a return instead. 

 

Any different in cost will either need to be paid as part of the exchange or if the product is cheaper we will look to reimburse you for the difference minus any shipping costs of the new item(s).

 

Finally once we're all ready to go and your new item is waiting for you just package up your existing order in the original packaging that you received it in before sending it back to us. You will need to arrange delivery of the return. Once the product has been received we will ship your new item to you as quickly as we can as I can imagine you'll be excited to receive it.
